Until We Meet

Until We Meet, commissioned by my great friend Mr. Albert Lee for the Akimel A-Al 8th grade advanced choir, is a farewell song to celebrate the closing of a chapter of life.

The text is a traditional Irish blessing mixed with the Hebrew priestly blessing taken from the Bible in  Numbers 6:24-26.

Watch Now

May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face;
the rains fall soft upon your fields
and until we meet again,
may God hold you in the palm of His hand.

The Lord bless you and keep you.
The Lord be gracious to you.
The Lord make His face shine on you,
look with favor on you, and give you peace.
