Through silence and despair,
Longing too painful at times to place to words
The consuming fire continues to burn away
Purifying and refining
I am engulfed in the flames
Enraptured in a love that burns away every barrier
Preventing me from experiencing its fullness
Though the healing at times hurts more than the pain
I trust You and I know that You are near
The tears I can no longer cry do not go unnoticed
My cries are not unheard, or unanswered
I trust You
You are restoring life
I trust You
